Lately I’ve run across a couple articles & videos about doing “Shadow work.”
It took me back to high school when I first learned about the shadow, projection, and feeling “pressure” from others to do something.
They’re all tied together, and they’ve been repackaged as shadow work, which made me chuckle.
So I was curious to know whether you were familiar with it too, or if this is something that’s totally off your radar?
Because if it’s not something you know about, there might be some surprising answers to major frustrations you’re experiencing as “out there” that are really “in here.”
What do you think? Should I do a couple videos about this?
